619 Pickled Peppers
We picked some Jalapeno and Banana peppers to pickle today. We used an awesome new canner that grandma and grandpa got us.
There were enough peppers for 1 pint of each to be pickled. We hope to do a dozen jars at once in the future but it was our first try ever at canning so 2 is good enough.
Here is the final result. We can't wait to have the banana peppers on sandwiches and the jalapanos with some mexican food.
